with a call to action specified by you, the client for whom the analysis is prepared.
Personalized letters are most often delivered to individual state representatives with the district-specific
Fact Sheet attached. Often a state-level Fact Sheet is also included in the package so that legislators
and staff can see the home energy need in their own individual district within the context of the entire
state's Affordability Gap.
Letters are not only personalized for specific house and senate districts and legislators but also for
your organization and for the specific legislative action your organization advocates. Letters are delivered
to you in a format that can be printed on your organization's letterhead.
Personalized press releases fulfill the same function as the personalized letters to legislators but are designed to be delivered to
media contacts in each legislative district. Press releases have the same flexibility for customization as the letters and are also
